curating the cure
Semra Sen

At the age of 18, Semra discovered yoga as a source of health, happiness and balance to meet the demands of her profession as a model and numerous trips.
In various phases of life — as an entrepreneur and mother — yoga gave her physical strength, mental stability and healing. This connection helped her deal with life's challenges and explore deeper levels of yoga. In 2014, she completed her first Hatha Yoga training, initially without the intention of teaching, but to deepen her practice and learn more about the roots of yoga.
In August 2025, she will complete her 200-hour fascial yoga training with Yoga-Alliance certification. Today, she teaches both individuals and groups — including as part of corporate health services — and accompanies people in holistic topics such as meditation, breathwork, supplement checks and a mindful lifestyle. In addition to her continuous practice, Semra studies the Yoga Sutras Patanjalis, delves into the teachings of Bhagavad-Gita, T. Krishnamacharya and B.K.S. Iyengars, as well as Zen meditation and theories on quantum physics.
Her journey to explore the healing power of yoga inspired her to share her findings. Today, Semra supports people by introducing them to yoga and mindful living practices. With her sen·ses platform, which has the motto “curating the cure,” she accompanies people on their journey to a happier and more conscious self. At the same time, it creates spaces, events and an open exchange to connect teachers and students.
